Organic fertilizer is the essential form of fertilizer known to mankind. Indian government defines any fertilizer organic if the carbon (C) is at least /more than 10 %. Organic carbon is important as it is the source of all flora and fauna. It has an innumerable amount of positive bacteria which gives life to the soil, and which in turn supports the growth of all crops and plants, their entire Structure is dependent on the organic structure of the soil.
The present agriculture structure has lead to ever unnecessary demand for chemical fertilizer. The land has a survival limit and it is very soon approaching the edge of it. Due of excessive use of chemical fertilizer beneficial microbes in the soil are destroyed. Organic fertilizer carries useful elements and these elements also impact the pH level of the soil. As the pH level of the soil goes out of the favorable range ,the number of beneficial microbes start declining, further forcing the farmer to use more and more chemical fertilizers.
Organic Fertilizers is a field of fertilizer which contains carbon derived out of natural fermentation process of compost, vermicompost, city compost, cow drug manure, soy meal etc. These natural sources are sources of NPK, organic contain and also essential trace elements like moly bidium and microelements live copper, magnesium, boron and silica
